Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are among her best-known films. Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime before March 2020. Her current role is analyst overseeing the Assassination Witness project, and is one of the core members of the GITOC's inter-governmental engagement group. Her studies at the GI-TOC concentrates on the assassination of people, disappearances and various forms of violence, particularly in the context of illicit economies. Her main research areas are the effect of organized crime on human rights and the humanitarian legal and political. Ana Paula has an LL.M. in cum laude (with honors) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She has earned an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After a four-year duration at an international legal firm, she is qualified as a lawyer. In addition, she held a number of assistant positions with and non-government organisations in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
